Dr. Io Kleiser is the Lead Systems Engineer at Heliogen, a venture-backed clean energy company. Prior to that, she was a Systems Engineer at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena working on interplanetary space missions.
Io received her BS in Physics from the University of California in Berkeley and a PhD in Astrophysics from Caltech where she was a Department of Energy NNSA Stewardship Science Graduate Fellow.
