Philanthropists have often heard me say that establishing an educational endowment is one of the best investments they will make. In a world where volatile markets lead to inevitable correction, where politics and pandemics, when pushed, swing like the pendulum on a clock and influence the entire apparatus, education remains timeless. The role of educational philanthropy is increasingly pivotal to helping bridge the gap between educational costs and available resources, and high-impact philanthropy is at the heart of achieving social impact.
The Equitech Futures difference profoundly resonates with me and aligns closely with my diversity, equity, and inclusion values. In addition, I am passionate about intellectual curiosity, high-impact philanthropy, and building genuine and transparent relationships with like-minded individuals.
At Equitech Futures, I establish relationships with foundations and philanthropists who wish to connect with thoughtful and innovative global community builders. My authentic approach leads to mutual satisfaction: organizational advancement and increased donor contentment and giving, resulting in additional student opportunities and benefiting society as a whole. Administering this awareness, I am a connector of altruistic and prosocial behavior, bringing individuals together to strengthen Equitech Futures and using AI and data science to tackle societal challenges.
Outside Equitech Futures, I am the Philanthropy Chair of the Chancellor’s Council Centurions at the University of Texas System, an advisory board that engages with the UT System Chancellor to promote higher education initiatives. Additionally, I am an avid reader and am completing my 200 RYT yoga teacher training.
