Akotet Yeshaw Tesema

I am a machine learning researcher with a focus on graph recommendation systems and time-series modeling. Currently pursuing an M.S. in Electrical Engineering at KAIST, I previously completed my B.S. in Computer Science (AI minor) magna cum laude, where I built production prototypes, registered software systems, and ranked top-5 in a national data-science challenge.

My research experience spans graph neural networks, recommender systems, and multivariate time-series analysis, with projects at the KAIST Data AI Lab, Networking & Mobile Systems Lab, and SMILE Lab. I have also gained startup exposure at Enhans, where I developed LLM prompt-optimization pipelines and reasoning-chain generators.
