Arseniy Sandalov is from Moscow, Russia. His passion for technology emerged during elementary school, where he attended radio engineering courses. Inspired by the Arduino microcontroller in middle school, Arseniy earned the "Engineers of the Future" international award for his inventive projects.

In high school, Arseniy attended the Physics and Mathematics School affiliated with the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI), where he honed his technical skills and earned a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. His dedication led to a research internship at MEPhI, focusing on RFID technologies.  Arseniy received a Turkish governmental scholarship to study at Altinbas University. There, he joined the autonomous vehicles team, contributing to the development of underwater drones for the "Teknofest" competition, where his team achieved notable placements. Leveraging experience from this team, Arseniy embarked on his first significant academic research, funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK), focusing on developing a hydroacoustic positioning system for underwater drones.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Arseniy is an active member of the university's cybersecurity team and the Google Developer Student Club. He achieved second place in the Google Solution Sprint Hackathon and was a finalist in the Vodafone Campus Lab program.
