Gabriela Villanueva Hidalgo (Lima, Perú) is a business management graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), with professional experience at SAP supporting data analysis, strategic reporting, and regional digital assets across Latin America. Alongside her corporate background, she is the founder and director of Sociedad de Arte PUCP, a youth-led cultural initiative that designs and manages artistic programs aimed at developing cultural leadership, supporting emerging artists, and expanding access and participation within the cultural ecosystem.

Her work explores the intersection of strategy, technology, and social impact, with a growing interest in how structured analysis and emerging technologies can strengthen youth participation and inform more sustainable decision-making processes. She is currently exploring civic technology and the use of AI and data-informed approaches to support international and community-driven initiatives.

She is passionate about cross-cultural collaboration, creative expression, and building initiatives that connect innovation with real social needs.
