Ivy Li

Ivy Li (Bloomington, Indiana, USA) is originally from Nanjing, a northeastern city in China. She is a Juris Doctor (J.D.) student at the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University.

She holds an LLB in law from Nanjing Normal University. As a member of the school debate team, she won first prize in the school debating competition.

The Equitech Futures Institute exposed her to a new world. Learning about the mechanism of artificial intelligence and the potential risks it faces was inspiring. It also triggered her to think about the intersection of legal justification, artificial intelligence, and the future of law.
