An aspiring computer engineering student at Birzeit University in Palestine, Laith was born and raised in Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem city, the place which created his personality, passion, and purposes.

Currently living in the city of Ramallah, he enjoys getting involved in community work and considers it a very important step in building a strong and pioneering leadership personality. He began his work volunteering as a Section Leader in Stanford University's Code in Place program. Laith’s participation in the Equitech Scholars program had a very big impact by building his interest and fundamental knowledge in AI and Data Science. That interest has turned into an ambition to build a career in these fields. To that end, Laith has completed a Machine Learning internship at Harri. He is always looking for an opportunity to improve his AI, Data Science and Machine Learning skills to create a better world for all.
