Marjia Siddik

Marjia Siddik is an AI safety researcher, founder, and incoming PhD student at Trinity College Dublin. She is Co-Founder and CEO of Safentic, a startup building incident workflow infrastructure for residential care teams, helping staff and managers turn frontline information into complete, reviewable, audit-ready reports. She was named one of Ireland’s 30 Under 30 and is a Microsoft MVP in Trustworthy AI. Her work spans technical AI safety, healthcare AI governance, and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in reliable AI systems for high-stakes real-world environments. Marjia has published and presented work through organisations including the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative, Convergence Analysis, CEUR Workshop Proceedings, and New Scientist Live. She is especially interested in AI, public-interest technology, and operational resilience, and hopes to help build safer and more accountable AI systems globally.
