Michael Ngonidzashe Mwanza

Michael is a Lifelong learner from Harare Zimbabwe, He has a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Chemistry from Nelson Mandela University. In 2023, he completed the ALX Africa Software Engineering Program. He is currently a TEFL-certified online English teacher and a freelance software developer. He has a passion for the application of tech in education. His biggest takeaway from Equitech Futures is the understanding that AI is not a one-size-fits-all solution but a great tool when applied to appropriate problems such as prediction problems rather than causation problems. He is interested in creating a network of young people to share information, skills and opportunities. He is currently involved with online language learning and believes the internet can be a great tool for learning new skills for those who cannot afford college.
