Mingyi Li is a computer science and cognitive science student completing her bachelors degree in the University of California, San Diego. She is passionate about turning design into workable products and creating assistive technologies.

In the Equitech Scholars program, Mingyi hopes to utilize the programs' intersectionality between computation, data science, public policy, ethics, and the penchant for social change to further her growing passion in the field of Human-Computer interaction and how technology can be ideally utilized to make the world more inclusive.
