Promise Amaechi

Promise grew up in Lagos, and is currently residing in Enugu, Nigeria. He transitioned to the field of Data science in 2019 having graduated with a B.Sc in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a freelance Data scientist at HP Analytics and Technical writer at Sobani's resource. He has engaged in various projects around Customer segmentation, Recommendation systems, Employee churn rate to creating Chat bots and handling data-related researches at Sobani's resources. He's currently focused on Data Science and Data Engineering cloud related solutions in Business, Health and Research. His major takeaway at the ADI is the amazing community and collaborative skills developed in the ADI, as well as the capstone project which focuses on Glaucoma detection in Fundus photos using a Machine learning approach. Beyond his work, Promise is an ardent learner of the evolving world of data and technology at large, contributor to researches in AI and how it impacts the society.
