Rashmi is a Product Manager who is passionate about working towards educational equity. Alongside this, another cause that is close to her heart is addressing the gender disparity in leadership teams.She was born and brought up in South India and did her engineering in Anna University. She worked in the corporate sector for a few years, during which she volunteered with non-profits working towards children’s education and wanted to create more impact by enabling kids from under-served communities access quality education. Following this, she transitioned to work in the social sector with Pratham Education Foundation, leveraging her expertise to create more meaningful impact. Beyond her professional interests, she regularly trains in mixed martial arts and likes going on challenging treks.
