Shakil Imtiaz

Shakil Imtiaz (Bengaluru, India) is an interdisciplinary researcher, currently working in the intersections of Generative AI and Mental Health at Wysa. Priorly a Young India Fellow at Ashoka University, he also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, alongside experience in various labs across India. His work spans across plasma diagnostics, social and behavioral change, to large-scale mental health trials, amidst others.

He is fluent in Assamese and English, proficient in Hindi and Urdu, and is particularly interested in problems at the intersection of science, technology and society.
