Shamiim Namulema

Shamiim Namulema is an agriculturalist hailing from a small town called Masaka in Central Uganda. With a quiet demeanor on most days, she channels her energy into the realm of agriculture and humanitarian work, finding fulfillment in utilizing her skills to uplift others. Driven by a deep seated passion for program development, Shamiim is determined in her dedication to crafting initiatives aimed at enhancing lives of marginalized communities. Shamiim aspires to harness the power of data and technology to provide solutions to the challenges in the food security sector as well as contribute to the development of the startup ecosystem in Uganda. She also harbors a fervent interest in circular economies and sustainable cities.
