Stacy Nganga

I was born in Kenya, moved to the US when I was 13, and have been living here ever since. I have a BS in Neuroscience and an MPH. I pursued Neuroscience in undergrad because I wanted to be a neurosurgeon. However, a flippant decision to join a global health study abroad program during my junior year of college changed all that for me. I decided that I wanted to make a change at the policy level so I decided to pursue my MPH instead of my MD. I'm still wondering if I made the right decision
