Zohaib, born and raised in the stunning mountainous region of Gilgit-Baltistan. He completed his secondary level education at his home town and later moved to Lahore for higher studies. Currently, he is doing Masters in Public Administration from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is working on a research topic, “Local Government and Rural Development in Gilgit Baltistan”. His aim is to evaluate solutions for local government issues and facilitate policy reforms. His academic journey has been characterized by diligence and excellence, evident through his attainment of four Dean's Merit Awards and a Silver Medal Award, during his undergraduate studies.He has been previously engaged with multiple projects in leadership capacities such as President of the UMT Scouts Club, and Head of Operations at Young Shapers. Having a keen interest in working with the government, Zohaib has worked with both the Office of Commissioner Baltistan Division and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan as an Intern. He was also part of different campaigns such as Flood Relief Operations, Zero Hunger, Clean Green Pakistan and fund-raising for the cancer patients. He is passionate about making a lasting positive impact in his community.
