Ritvik Sharma Empowers Indian Founders with All In Capital’s Golden Ticket

Ritvik Sharma, a 2021 Equitech Scholar from India, is putting the principles of equity and access into action through his work at All In Capital, a Bengaluru-based venture capital firm. As part of his mission to support emerging innovators, Ritvik and his colleagues spearheaded All In’s Golden Ticket, an ambitious initiative designed to help early-stage Indian founders access the global marketplace.
Golden Ticket addresses a critical gap Ritvik observed in the Indian startup ecosystem.
“The anecdotal evidence that we got by talking to founders is that the conversations move much faster in the U.S.,” Ritvik explains. “Accounts close much faster.” In contrast, Indian founders often face extended trial periods and demands for extensive customization, which can slow growth and lock resources away from product development.
Recognizing that the U.S. is responsible for 55% of global software spending – more than Europe and China combined – Ritvik’s team at All In Capital designed Golden Ticket to bridge the Bengaluru and Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems. The program offers $300,000 in pre-seed capital, flight tickets to the U.S., visa support, $10,000 in Anthropic AI credits, and access to a demonstration day in San Francisco with prominent investors and mentors.
Applications are open until February 15, 2026, welcoming early-stage founders – from fresh graduates to college dropouts – who have built a minimum viable product and possess “the ambition and the knack to build in a more international environment.”
For Ritvik, Golden Ticket embodies the values he embraced as an Equitech Scholar. “Equitech Futures’ mission recognizes that there’s great talent all over the world, but there’s unequal access to education and work opportunities simply because of where you’re born,” he reflects. Through All In Capital, which “takes bets on outsiders, non-obvious founders,” Ritvik carries forward his commitment to being “an equalizing force towards helping great people anywhere get the opportunities they deserve.”
